A new build to create the dream home for a family with young children.
We created a chef's kitchen with client requested specific details. California living was the premise when creating this program; employing elements that supported the connection between interior and exterior spaces. To take advantage of the amazing California sunsets we planned for a roof deck further extending the liveable space of the property. Between the main dwelling and the garage a sport court was carved into the site to keep the kids active. The two story garage was built with the intent of it being developed into an ADU in the near future.
