El Coronado
Essentially a full remodel and substantial addition to a mid-century residence in the hills of South Pasadena. The scope encompassed a first and second story addition along with a re-programming of the entire living area to support the growing family. The project scope extended well beyond the volume of the house into the front and backyards.
