Sunset Ave
A new build to create the dream home for a family with young children.
We created a chef's kitchen with client requested specific details. California living was the premise when creating this program; employing elements that supported the connection between interior and exterior spaces. To take advantage of the amazing California sunsets we planned for a roof deck further extending the liveable space of the property. Between the main dwelling and the garage, a sport court was carved into the site to keep the kids active. The two-story garage was built with the intent of it being developed into an ADU in the near future.
